Who we are
Stay Southern Outer Banks exists for a simple reason: the Southern Outer Banks deserves better than a search results page. We host two properties — Island Beach & Racquet Club B302 in Atlantic Beach and Coral Shores 12 in Pine Knoll Shores — and we know both of them, and the island around them, in detail.
Because the collection is deliberately small, every photograph on this site is of the actual property you are booking, every destination photograph is of a real place on the Crystal Coast, and every recommendation is one we would give a friend. Nothing here is stock, generic, or borrowed from another beach.
How we work
Booking
Send your dates through the inquiry form and we'll confirm availability, or book straight through each property's management company using the Book Your Stay links. Rates, booking fees and taxes are shown before you confirm.
Photography
Property galleries are never mixed — B302 photos appear only in B302 sections, Coral Shores 12 photos only in its own. Destination photos are clearly captioned by place.
Local knowledge
Our Explore section covers Atlantic Beach, Pine Knoll Shores, Beaufort, Cape Lookout and Fort Macon, plus a Local's Guide with itineraries you can follow verbatim.
Accuracy
Hours, ferry routes and event details change on the coast. We link to official sources so you can confirm the current season before you drive.
